CUSTOMER SUPPORT ANALYST

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Analyst who is passionate about the success of our customers and has a strong track record in SaaS companies. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and be responsible for delivering post-Sales support and solutions while serving as an advocate for customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with technical solutions around reported bugs and align internal teams with new feature prioritization.
• Monitor and report on customer health and develop proactive solutions for increasing user adoption and reducing churn.
• Adhere to support KPIs, including first response times, resolution times, and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with Product and Sales to ensure that customer onboarding is executed with precision and new features are clearly communicated to clients.
• Evangelize our product by conducting client training sessions, sharing best practices, and soliciting customer feedback.
• Work with the Support and Product teams to recommend updates to platform documentation and FAQs.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Customer Support at a SaaS company with large-scale, complex customer engagements.
• Prior experience with ticket and project management tools such as Zendesk and Jira preferred.
• Highly organized with an acute attention to details. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs.
• Experience working with influencer networks or social media teams at brands, agencies and media companies is a plus.


ACCOUNT MANAGER – LA or NYC

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who is passionate about the success of our customers. You will join a dynamic and fast paced environment and work with our most strategic clients to be on the front lines of communicating the company’s vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on best practices for influencer marketing & brand advocacy on all social media platforms
• Align with senior executives and sales team to monitor and report on customer health and develop proactive solutions for increasing user adoption
• Evangelize our products and conduct in-person training sessions, product reviews, and customer feedback sessions
• Build strong relationships key stakeholders in order to collect strategic feedback on our roadmap and expand the scope of our existing agreement
• Work closely with technical, customer success and product teams to ensure that customer onboarding is executed with precision and implementations of new features are clearly communicated to clients

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in account management and customer success at a SaaS company with large-scale, complex customer engagements
• Highly organized with an acute attention to details

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – LA or NYC

Are you a high performing Account Executive that is looking for a role with big leadership and financial potential?

SocialEdge is hiring a Account Executive for its social media SaaS platform, which provides the workflow management and intelligence to build, execute, and measure influencer-driven branded content campaigns. The position will be based in Los Angeles. This is an opportunity for an experienced sales executive to have a strategic impact on a company and develop leadership capabilities. The Account Executive will initially be tasked with owning the revenue quota with a wide range of companies that include MCNs, agencies and brands with a focus on the west coast. He/she will be responsible for building and developing a business and resource plan to deliver against the quota. The quota will include developing new clients, identifying and developing new industry opportunities.

Responsibilities:

The Account Executive will report into the Head of Growth and will be responsible for leading revenue generation and customer acquisition. It will initially be an “individual contributor” role that can evolve into a sales team leadership role depending on performance.

• Understand the SocialEdge’s product, its value proposition and be able to communicate it effectively to customers
• Consistently qualify, generate, and execute on opportunities that provide profitable software revenue to SocialEdge
• Close revenue deals with a wide range of customers by successfully managing the customer decision process
• Provide accurate pipeline forecasting on a consistent basis
• Build an effective pipeline and execute on each phase of the sales process
• Incorporate knowledge of our products, the customer, and the social media marketing space into the sales process and use that knowledge to uncover customer needs and create value based solutions
• Establish customer relationships that enable you to be viewed as a trusted advisor
• Work effectively as a team member by providing leadership and orchestrating the internal and external resources needed to effectively manage the sales process
• Be able to lead a team that conducts solution-selling, product demonstrations, and client briefings in order to educate clients on the technical aspects of installing the software and/or using SaaS solution
• Coordinate regional marketing, business development and sales activities with other team members
• Work alongside the support organization who serve customer service and account managers for the existing customer base

Requirements:

• 3-6+ years of experience in Social Media SaaS or Services selling large enterprise deals
• Previous experience at an influencer network, MCN, or selling to ad agencies and brands is strongly preferred
• Strong executive presence with ability to interact with executives from customer companies and serve as a “consultative partner”, not a “vendor”
• Must have a B.S. or a B.A. college degree

SALES DIRECTOR – LA or NYC

WEB DEVELOPER
